This class creates great bonding time for your family! This interactive class is designed for you and your toddler to learn, play, grow, and dance, all in a safe and nurturing environment. Together you will learn ballet & acro basics to help build motor skills and coordination all in an atmosphere of play and creative movement, plus meet new friends!

2nd Position
Ages 3-4
Your child will be twirling and flipping, using their active minds to create their own little world of dance! Students will learn all the basics of ballet & acro using creative imagination and play. They will also learn classroom etiquette and respect, taking turns, patience for their turn, and so much more! This class is designed to give students a strong foundation in dance, and develop strong bodies and minds!
Class meets once a week for 45 minutes
Kinderdance Foundations
Ages 4-5
This is the age we really start to see their confidence bloom and their performance quality start to be unleashed! We are continuing to build a solid foundation for your artists. Students will build upon the basic positions of ballet, begin to learn barre combinations, and continue building strength & body awareness. This class is required for this age group.
Class meets once a week for 45 minutes
Kinder Groovers
Ages 4-5
This class is PERFECT for your high energy kid that loves to move and groove to the songs on the radio! Kinder Groovers students will dive deeper into musicality & rhythm as we teach them the fundamentals of jazz, tap and hip-hop. Get ready to stand out and show your sassy side!
This class is not available as a stand alone class, you must be enrolled in Kinderdance Foundations to add on this class. Class meets once a week for 45 minutes and is always right before or after a Kinderdance Foundations class for ease of scheduling!
How do I know if my child is ready for dance class?
Every kid is unique and of course, you know your child best! To make the choice just a tad easier, we thought we would share a few tell tale signs that your little dancer is ready to jump right in!
If you think they need a bit more time and direction, our 1st Position class can be a great way to get them started, since an adult accompanies each student to class!

They LOVE music and movement!
Does your child love music? Do they have a favorite song that makes their knees bounce and hips swivel? Have they ever put on a “show” for you in the living room? Send them our way so we can take their moves to the next level!

They are seeking more independence.
Separation anxiety is common with our little ones and totally normal. If they are a little apprehensive but enter class with a little extra encouragement, they are ready! We will nurture, care for, and encourage them to break out of their shell!
03.
They can follow simple instructions.
We realize we are talking about little ones so we DO NOT expect perfection but your child should be able to follow simple instructions most of the time. Some examples of what we ask in class are: imitating the teacher’s movement, taking turns, and making a circle with their new dance friends.
